Hoki Lamp
Chartreuse stained porcelain lamp with vintage pink shade.
Hoki began as a paradoxical ceramic water vessel that could not be emptied. Over time, the piece evolved into a lamp — a transformation that reframed its purpose while preserving its spirit. Light now fills the vessel where water once symbolically lived, illuminating the idea that what we contain may shift in form but not in essence.

The textured ceramic body, with its tactile, earthen surface, supports a soft pink shade that diffuses light in a warm, gentle glow. In this new incarnation, Hoki becomes both functional and contemplative — carrying forward the same quiet sense of paradox and permanence that defined its first life.
