Water Vessel Translations: Glass Beach
Ceramic vases translated to hand blown glass.
These glass works are translations of earlier ceramic sculptures (Hoki, Anush, Tsovinar from the Classical Collection and a Flower Tube) originally conceived on a much larger scale.

Made from molten silica sand, each vessel is shaped through breath and motion, embodying both precision and spontaneity. In transforming them into glass, the forms required rethinking in proportion and gesture while maintaining the essence of the originals.

Placed against the backdrop of the sea and displayed on a mirror pedastal, the vessels resonate with themes of fluidity, fragility, and transformation—honoring the elemental origins of their material while inviting reflection on how form and meaning evolve through change.
